Does anyone use a Rune Casting Cloth? I have found sites about them an wondered if anyone actually uses one for cating their runes. The ones I am on about is like the one on this site it may take a while to load but it gets there. www.angelfire.com/az/awenforken/ground.htmlIf you do use a Rune or Groung cloth how helpful is it to you? If you do not use one do you cast on a soft cloth or simply on the ground?

Does anyone use a Rune Casting Cloth? I have found sites about them an wondered if anyone actually uses one for cating their runes. I don't often use the runes, but know people who have used a rune cloth. The different areas of the cloth can help to make a reading more precise perhaps, anyway I bet you could make one that looked the part and inspired you Like all divination I think it would just be whether you personally got good results from it, and felt more insights came to your mind easily when you do a reading using it. I have some black cloth left over from making my robe and plenty of thread that I use for cross stitching all I need now is a few ideas to work with. I may use some padding to make it softer as well. I like simple designs nothing too fussy so I will hunt around for inspiration and see what I come up with.

I use runes for advice, "how should I react to this situation", rather than divination, "how will this situation develop". I get much better results that way.
If I was in the market for a casting cloth I'd make one myself, much more personal that way, and without anyone elses 'vibes' on it.

Thats what I am going to do make one myself. I want my energy in it not that of someone else. I make my own things whenever possible.
