I think Gardening would go here.
Well Spring is arriving and that means gardens will need tidying up as they come back to life.
New projects will be underway and lots of new ideas to play around with.
I want to make part of my garden more magical by adding plants that are for certain things.
Many worry about doing this in case the plants die off. Plants dieing is natural it is part of their cylcle just as it is with us.
I am going to make a plant spell this year and have found them to be very effective in the past.
Plant spells in nature are not a quick spell as they take time to grow so the spells would be for things that involve growth like studying, work, carer, relationships. family or home.
For example you could grow:
Sage for Widsom
Daffodils or Heather for Luck
Basil, Bay, Rosemary or Mint for Consentration or study
Daisy, Sweet pea,For-get-me-Not or Rose for Friendship
Parsley, Foxglove ( take care though they are poisonous in all their parts) Holly or Primrose for Protection
Three days and nights is considered the time for consoldation of a spell after that is is simply a matter of caring for the plant.
Ask the deities you are drawn to for assistance and perform a small ritual asking for their help along with the elementals as well. You don't have to make a big thing of it you can do this quietly as you work in the garden ( neigbours get a bit worried if you start doing rituals that are obvious).
You can even give these plants as gifts it is a lovely way to show you care. Personally I would give a spell to anyone who had not asked for my help but giving a plant that represents say Friendship is different.
Growing a spell is lovely and makes you more aware of your intention. As you care for the plant you are reminded of why you planted it.
