That is so brill bebe.
I was wondering what therapeutic effects you have had from your poetry.
And do you have a special way of going about the poetry process that is therapeutic?
How would someone go about doing it? Love Kath

I almost never write when I'm feeling good, but usually when I need to pinpoint an emotion for myself. Then I try to use a meter and specific metaphors that precisely convey the , not the anger or pain, usually, but the transcendence, if I have experienced that. That sounds a good idea. If I try to write a poem to 'write out' by focusing on the emotion, I will just write a similar type of poem over, and over, and over:) I will have a go at that. That'd be ace, go for it Well, I just posted one -Which most people I've showed it to can't understand but I like. But you've inspired me to try and write some therapeutic ones. We are such gifted amateurs on this forum Love Kath

I could e-mail a version to you, though. I would really appreciate it It doesn't sound like a ukelele when he plays it. I thought it was going to be like George Formby ;D Love Kath
