The spark of life is a tiny thing, Look at wonders it does bring, From tiny seed to a whale, All lifes wonders to unveil. From whence it came we do not know, But just look, how it did grow That tiny spark is a fire Of its warmth we do not tire. To care for it is a must For all to soon it turns to dust. written by Wulfcwen 23rd January 2007
I woke up with this on my brain and scribbled it down before I forgot it. My poems often come to me this way its weird.

Oooh very profound When you are 'given' these deep poems, do you think it is 'The Powers that Be' inspiring you Wulfcwen?

No idea all I know is I can wake up with them already in my head. I did the same with the poem Children, it is strange to say the least. I sometimes dream about the poem first (not in rhyme) the theme, like being shown things to do with the poem, then I wake up and it is there, words running in my head and I have to scribble them down or I forget them. You should see the spelling when I do that LOL I have to do it fast or it simply vanishes. I have learnt to keep a note book and pen by the bed so I can scribble away sometimes in the dark.
I dreamt about this one and woke up with the words so maybe The Powers That Be are inspiring me.
