Having chosen your Deity, Element, Elemental or Faery that you wish to honour in your kitchen I want to find out all you can about them. Find the tale or myth associated with your choice learn about them. What drew you to your choice? Share what you have found out about them adding any links that you can. I will start things off. Erce Anglo Saxon Goddess who is associated with the harvest. She is the Earth Mother and is also known as Nerthus. I was drawn to her as I wanted a Goddess that was Saxon/ English. Everytime I tried to find a Kitchen Deity her name came up all over the place. So I started to find out all I could about her. Her symbol is the Horn of Plenty so she makes sure that no one goes without, caring and protecing the harvest until it is safely reaped. I have always been drawn to Anglo Saxon things so Erce for me is the right choice as my Kitchen Goddess. www.homestead.com/englishheathenism/erce.htmlwww.joellessacredgrove.com/Ce...tiesd-e-f.htmlwww.paralumun.com/celticgoddess.htmwww.pagannews.com/cgi-bin/gods3.pl?Nerthus

Unsere is not a well known demon, so most of my info about her comes from the Order of the Flaming Serpent www.ofs-demonolatry.org/ and their forum. Unsere is friendly to newcomers and a gentle teacher of magick. She appears in many forms but often as a pregnant or mature woman. Unsere is a demon of fertility and growth, sorcery, life and encouragement. Her enns (invocatory mantra) and sigil can be found on www.ofs-demonolatry.org/--- Unsere is part of the Dukante hierarchy, which Richard Dukante wrote down in 1963. It is said that the religion existed for centuries, he was just the first to write the hierarchy down. Some say they are part of a hereditary tradition of demonolatry, which uses these demons. I don't know if these demons are 'made up' or not but I know I like them
