First of all, this method won't have your omelettes coming out in the shape you may be accustomed to ..but for speed in making several with ingredients meeting what each person wants in the quickest amount of time, here's a method you mite want to try.
For each individual omelette you'll need of course:
Using an assembly line method, let each person pick and choose from the variety of ingredients, and place whatever they want into their individual bag. Then, carefully, roll up the egg and ingredients to expell as much air as possible from the bag, and seal it (ziplock or pressure closure tabs). Slosh the ingredients and egg together to complete the mixing. Now set aside until all persons have completed their individual omelette bags.
When all the bags are ready for cooking, place all into the pot of boiling water, and set timer for 13 minutes (15 minutes for higher altitudes). At the end of the time, carefully remove the bags from the boiling water and set in a platter to cool enuff to permit the omelette roll to be emptied onto the designated person's plate.
Except for turning off the cooking element, and add whatever else for the meal, the omeletts are ready to eat.
